Complete your degree online, or choose to combine your online courses with campus instruction. Kendall's Early Childhood Education program is designed with flexibility in mind —allowing you to earn your degree while you continue to manage your personal and professional commitments. And, depending on whether or not your goal is to teach in public schools, you may choose a certification or non-certification track. You can also select one of two concentrations - Special Education or Infant/Toddler. BA in Early Childhood Education with Illinois Type 04 Certification Preparation
Kendall's Early Childhood Education bachelor's degree program leading to certification includes field experiences and student teaching components at both the pre-primary and primary levels. Once you obtain Illinois Type 04 Certification, you will be qualified to work with children from birth through age eight and to teach in public schools, pre-K through grade three. Choose to earn your degree online or combine your online courses with campus instruction.
