Argosy University, Atlanta is located in the village of Sandy Springs, Georgia, at 980 Hammond Drive. The school offers easy access to neighboring colleges and universities, and is close to a variety of local libraries, shops, restaurants, theaters and art museums. The library at our Atlanta location is housed on the 7th floor of Building 1. It contains book and journal collections, computer stations, copy machines and study carrels with phone lines to accommodate laptop computer users.

Beyond the college, students can enjoy everything a major metropolitan area can offer, from clubs and concerts to galleries and museums, Braves baseball games to rollerblading in Piedmont Park. The burgeoning restaurant scene offers enrichment opportunities of a different kind.

Atlanta is a city with a thriving business environment that includes high-tech companies such as Earthlink and Macquarium, as well as corporate giants such as The Coca-Cola Company, CNN, Delta Air Lines, AT&T and Georgia Pacific. The many businesses in the metropolitan Atlanta area provide excellent, varied opportunities for student training. MA in Education - Educational Leadership

The Master of Arts in Education in Educational Leadership Program prepares educational leaders to improve policies and practices within organizations. The curriculum, geared to increase students' understanding of educational organizations, includes educational law, educational finance, organizational communication, human resource management, supervision of instruction, and organizational management.

MA in Education - Higher and Postsecondary Education

A higher education degree can prepare you for a variety of supervisory careers in universities, colleges, and other postsecondary institutions. Argosy University, Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona, offers a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) in Higher and Postsecondary Education. This higher education degree program is designed to prepare students with the practical skills, knowledge, and experiences education leaders need.

MA in Education - Teaching & Learning

The Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) in Teaching & Learning program is for those students who wish to develop or enhance classroom skills, become curriculum supervisors or become educational leaders with instruction as their main focus. Students develop core practical and academic skills in analysis, oral and written communication, problem solving, critical thinking, team-building and computer technology through courses that examine the practical, historical, philosophical, psychological, social, technical and theoretical aspects of education.

EdS in Education - Educational Leadership

The Education Specialist in Educational Leadership program concentrates on applied organizational theory within the context of educational organizations. This specialized program prepares graduates for educational administrator positions at the elementary or secondary school level. Programs have been developed by faculty members to provide working professionals with the opportunity to pursue their personal and professional goals through the completion of an Education Specialist (EdS) program.

EdS in Education - Teaching & Learning

The Education Specialist in Teaching & Learning program enables experienced teachers to become more competent practitioners and educational leaders with instruction as their focus. This program is designed for either career advancement or graduate preparation for students who are already working toward a doctorate. Students may choose an optional concentration in K-12 Education. Programs have been developed by faculty members to provide working professionals with the opportunity to pursue their personal and professional goals through the completion of an Education Specialist (EdS) program.

EdD in Education - Educational Leadership

The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership program is for those students preparing for or advancing their careers as educational leaders in professional positions as school district, regional, state or national administrators. The EdD in Educational Leadership program requires concentrations in higher education administration or K-12 education.

EdD in Education - Teaching & Learning

The EdD in Teaching & Learning program is for those students who wish to master teaching methodologies, become curriculum supervisors or become educational leaders with curriculum and instruction as their main focus. Students must choose one of the following areas of concentration: higher education, K-12 education and education technology. Not all concentrations are available at all campuses.
