The Master of Arts in Education in Educational Leadership Program prepares educational leaders to improve policies and practices within organizations. The curriculum, geared to increase students' understanding of educational organizations, includes educational law, educational finance, organizational communication, human resource management, supervision of instruction, and organizational management.

The Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) in Instructional Leadership program is for those students who wish to develop or enhance classroom skills, become curriculum supervisors or become educational leaders with instruction as their main focus. Students develop core practical and academic skills in analysis, oral and written communication, problem solving, critical thinking, team-building and computer technology through courses that examine the practical, historical, philosophical, psychological, social, technical and theoretical aspects of education.

Doctor of Education (EdD) in Community College Executive Leadership

The Doctor of Education in Community College Executive Leadership (EdD in CCExL) is designed to help community college administrators move into senior administrative positions in community colleges. It's a program built on real-world experience, developed by faculty members in consultation with top Community College leaders and senior level administrators. Many of the courses were developed by chancellors, presidents and other senior community college leaders with decades of real-world experience.

The EdD in Educational Leadership program requires concentrations in higher education administration or K-12 education.

The EdD in Instructional Leadership program is for those students who wish to master teaching methodologies, become curriculum supervisors or become educational leaders with curriculum and instruction as their main focus. Students must choose one of the following areas of concentration: higher education, K-12 education and education technology. Not all concentrations are available at all campuses.
